Booking & Appointments

All appointments are by booking only — this ensures your dog gets our full, undivided attention during their session. You can book by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.

When your appointment is confirmed, we'll send you the date, time, and expected duration. Please arrive on time so we can keep everything running smoothly for every pup.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change! All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a cancellation charge
• Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings

Health & Vaccination

For the safety of every dog that visits us, we ask that all vaccinations are up to date before your appointment.

• Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications your dog is on
• If your dog is feeling unwell, please reschedule — we'd rather see them when they're back to their best
• Flea and tick treatment should be current before your visit

Behaviour & Safety

We absolutely welcome anxious and reactive dogs — our 1:1 sessions are specifically designed for pups who need a calm, quiet environment with no distractions.

• If your dog has any known triggers or behavioural concerns, please let us know in advance so we can prepare
• In rare cases where aggression poses a safety risk, we may need to pause or stop the session — your dog's wellbeing and ours always comes first

Matted Coats

We always want your dog to look and feel their best. If a coat is severely matted, de-matting can be painful and stressful, so we may recommend clipping the coat short for your dog's comfort.

• We'll always discuss options with you before proceeding
• Regular grooming every 6–8 weeks is the best way to prevent matting and keep your dog's coat healthy

Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is quote-based because every dog is different. The cost depends on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and the service you're after. Get in touch and we'll be happy to give you a quote.

• Payment is taken at collection
• We accept cash and bank transfer

Collection

We'll send you a message or give you a call as soon as your pup is ready to go. Please collect promptly when notified — your dog will be relaxing comfortably, but they're always happiest heading home with you.

• Dogs are never caged while waiting — they stay in our salon with us until you arrive
